I have added an additional resource for you to use as you read and study the chapters. If you do not have time to make notes of your own, use the chapter outlines (follow the link provided under resources) and the C-note strips. The steps for using the strips are as follows:
The C-Note Strips can be found on the "Resources" page AND on the "Chapters" page. It is important that you still keep the essential questions (EQs) in mind as you read the outlines. To find the EQs, look at the chapters Cornell Notes paper.
- Staple the strip to the original document.
- Interact with the notes by underlinking key concepts, main ideas, etc. and circling important vocabulary
- Write questions in the Questions section. It is helpful to number the questions and include the corresponding number on the notes to help match things up.
- Summaries are written on the back.
